- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with future market shifts
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging tech into core offerings
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-cultural shifts impacting industry landscapes
- Build strategic partnerships with futurists and academic institutions
- Present actionable insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategy, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on future trends (TED Talks, journals)
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on future strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies
