- Advocate ethical frameworks for AGI development and quantum encryption
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature or Science on quantum/AI convergence
- Proven track record leading multi-billion dollar R&D initiatives
- Expertise in ISO 20700 foresight methodology and scenario planning
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Speaker credentials at TED, Web Summit, or World Economic Forum
