Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals, specifically focusing on AI integration and next-gen infrastructure.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify opportunities and threats, providing actionable insights to the executive board.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners and vendors that align with the Horizon 2026 vision.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers in pilot programs and R&D projects.
- Prototyping & Innovation: Oversee the development of high-fidelity prototypes for future products and services.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and employees.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading long-term technical transformations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
