- Present strategic blueprints to global innovation councils and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI advancements
- Proven track record of scaling technology startups to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Singularity University certified)
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for futuristic R&D
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
