Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and uphold best engineering practices.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of distributed systems and microservices.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in existing software systems.
- Engage in continuous learning through our structured mentorship program and internal tech-talks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on scalability and security.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
