Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-grade workloads.
- Strategic R&D: Conduct high-level research into emerging AI paradigms, including Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Neuromorphic computing.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, legal, and business units to translate complex technical requirements into strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
