Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 Horizon ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in developing proprietary machine learning models.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex 2026 roadmaps into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment automation.
- Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure and optimization techniques.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
