Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology initiatives across quantum, AI, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers to deliver milestone-driven projects
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align 2026 initiatives with corporate vision and investor expectations
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype solutions for future challenges
- Present progress and strategic pivots to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused technologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product leadership with proven experience in long-term roadmap development
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Track record of managing multi-year, cross-continental initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience in sustainability tech and ESG frameworks preferred
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy journals
