Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ market disruption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present strategic futures to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption
- Drive patent portfolio development for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in emerging technologies (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Exceptional communication for complex technical storytelling
