Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions
- Partner with R&D to establish innovation labs focused on next-gen applications
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board and executive stakeholders
- Monitor tech policy shifts and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Build strategic alliances with Silicon Valley startups and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record scaling transformative tech initiatives ($50M+ impact)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/PhD preferred)
