Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, GenAI) to forecast trends up to 2030.
- Define and execute the 5-year technology roadmap for the organization, specifically targeting 2026 milestones.
- Partner with C-Suite executives to align long-term technology vision with business objectives.
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets that accelerate our future tech capabilities.
- Lead 'Future Labs' initiatives to prototype and validate bleeding-edge concepts.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy Consulting, or Technical Leadership.
- Proven track record of leading technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging computing paradigms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
