Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in strategic initiatives or R&D
- Proven track record delivering complex projects with measurable ROI
- Expertise in sustainability frameworks and circular economy principles
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management >$2M
