Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of the 2026 Initiative roadmap
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and research domains
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry leaders and government agencies
- Drive innovation sprints using agile methodologies
- Present progress to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members in emerging technologies
- Secure funding through grant applications and investor pitches
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project/program management with technology focus
- Proven track record leading sustainability or climate tech initiatives
- Expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and PM methodologies
- Strong background in stakeholder management and executive communication
- Experience securing $1M+ in grants or venture capital
- Master's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, or Business Administration
- Deep knowledge of circular economy principles and regenerative design
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
