- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Design sustainable technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on future-tech incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling innovative technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience managing enterprise-level R&D budgets >$3M
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
