Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the 2026 Initiative project, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategic goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and product management.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, making data-driven decisions to keep the project on track.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging creativity and problem-solving.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in the technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience with risk management and budgeting for large-scale projects.
- Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, autonomous systems).
