Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (Web4, decentralized AI, bio-digital hybrids)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive forces affecting 2026+ ecosystems
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior innovators in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 7+ years in R&D leadership with proven 5+ year strategic impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership on technology convergence trends
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in innovation management tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning Platform)
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused solutions
- Strong stakeholder management with executive/board experience
