Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch breakthrough products with 18-month timelines
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through strategic stakeholder alignment
- Establish industry partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to board members and investors quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting tools
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
