Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Create and communicate a comprehensive roadmap for the next 3-5 years, aligning technology trends with business goals.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global technological shifts, including AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy, to predict future market needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic plans to the board of directors and executive team, securing buy-in for high-level initiatives.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in ideation sessions, fostering a culture of forward-thinking and continuous improvement.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions to accelerate innovation.
- Resource Allocation: Direct capital and human resources toward high-potential projects with the highest return on future value.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or executive consulting within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and defining long-term strategic roadmaps for major corporations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential impact on business models.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence and experience managing senior-level teams and external stakeholders.
