- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum computing specialists and neuro-interface engineers
- Develop patent-pending human-AI collaboration frameworks using next-gen neural interfaces
- Architect ethical AI governance systems for autonomous decision-making platforms
- Present innovations at global summits including Davos and TED Future conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging fields like synthetic biology and quantum cognition
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with proven track record of scaling solutions to 10M+ users
- Advanced degree in AI, Quantum Computing, or Cognitive Neuroscience (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in human-computer interaction for AR/VR/metaverse environments
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future technology paradigms
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q# required)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (IEEE 7000, EU AI Act compliance)
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized innovations with $100M+ impact
