Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI, biotech convergence, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT-caliber engineers and domain experts
- Identify and incubate exponential technologies with $10B+ market potential
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with 18-month horizon
- Partner with Stanford and MIT labs on next-gen prototyping initiatives
- Drive patent strategy for emerging IP in neuromorphic computing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in exponential technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience leading global R&D teams with 50+ members
- Deep familiarity with 2026 tech forecasts from Gartner/McKinsey
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
