- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Identify and secure partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and tech adoption forecasting
- Mentor innovation fellows and cultivate next-gen talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic foresight leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ tech trends (e.g., Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation incubation
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
