Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and lead the development of next-generation predictive AI models and autonomous agents tailored for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 strategic initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Infrastructure: Oversee the full lifecycle of ML infrastructure, from data ingestion to model deployment, ensuring high availability and security.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into core products and services.
- Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, AGI pathways) to stay ahead of the competition.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-impact AI products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
