Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) and translate into actionable strategies
- Drive R&D initiatives for next-gen products with $5M+ annual budget oversight
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives and market disruption
- Present strategic visions to investors and industry leaders at global forums
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Measure KPIs for innovation ROI and market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product development with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) and future forecasting
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing innovation budgets >$3M
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
