Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives for 2026+ product roadmap development
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market application
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Develop patentable intellectual property portfolios in core innovation domains
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional R&D projects with agile methodologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership role
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong background in product lifecycle management
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in technology journals
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
