Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, economic, and social trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging tech adoption curves
- Present trend briefings to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI ethics, exponential technologies, and systemic change modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech/innovation publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
