Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech consortiums
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Ensure compliance with evolving ethical and regulatory frameworks for 2030+ tech
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling innovative technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in futures research and scenario planning
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
