Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on disruptive forces shaping 2026
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into commercial opportunities
- Establish ethical guidelines for technology implementation in 2026+ contexts
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or relevant field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
