Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware optimization and error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise-scale problem solving
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and secure government/private funding for quantum initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
