Responsibilities
- Lead ideation and prototyping of 2026-ready tech solutions across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with market demands and regulatory landscapes
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends and ethical implications
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to pilot program deployment
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry foresight forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in tech innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products or platforms
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven foresight methodologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping frameworks
