Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen AI and quantum computing applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proof strategies into corporate vision
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototyping with 20+ partner organizations
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies in AI and sustainable systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic innovation or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology commercialization
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D initiatives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in at least one strategic foresight methodology (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
