Responsibilities

- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Establish ethical guidelines for next-generation AI and biotech integration
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI targets
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching paradigm-shifting products/services
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- PhD or equivalent in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author in top-tier innovation journals (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Experience securing federal grants for advanced research initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred
