Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating future technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs globally
- Author thought leadership publications on technological evolution
- Guide organizational adaptation to paradigm shifts in automation and human-AI collaboration
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or similar preferred
