Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year vision implementation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech fusion) and market disruption patterns
- Track record of launching future-focused products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or Business Innovation
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification preferred
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive presence and storytelling mastery
- Experience managing global innovation ecosystems across multiple time zones and cultures
