Responsibilities
- Identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026 market potential through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in launching disruptive innovations across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for future-focused R&D
- Create scenario models for technological disruption and market evolution
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate innovation or venture capital
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ revenue potential
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
