Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with global market trends and emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and prototyping breakthrough solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage end-to-end innovation project lifecycles from ideation to market validation
- Mentor a diverse team of 15+ researchers and engineers while fostering a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 10+ years of strategic innovation experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, and advanced materials
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams with diverse technical backgrounds
- Published thought leader with 20+ industry publications or patents
- Fluency in future methodologies like scenario planning and trend analysis
