Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology domains
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and market inflection points
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry pioneers and academic partners
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting long-term innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or ventures
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Experience with scenario modeling and risk mitigation frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making
