Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or generative AI
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental technologies
- Deep knowledge of blockchain consensus mechanisms and Web3 standards
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global tech ecosystems
