Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps by synthesizing global tech trends, patent analytics, and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact convergence opportunities between emerging technologies
- Produce scenario-planning frameworks for regulatory, ethical, and adoption challenges in next-gen tech
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate breakthrough startups into our ecosystem
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and ROI of experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field with 7+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with patent analytics platforms and academic research collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful innovation implementations
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) or equivalent professional development
