Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications

- Lead quantum error correction research achieving fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Secure $2M+ in quantum computing patents annually
- Mentor a team of 5 quantum researchers and engineers
- Publish in Nature Physics/Science journals quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum assembly
- Proven track record of quantum hardware-software integration
- Strong background in quantum error correction protocols
- Experience securing government/DoE quantum research grants
