Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 era, focusing on quantum supremacy integration and generative AI scaling.
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-generation hardware-software interfaces.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to a decentralized, quantum-ready architecture.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for early-stage technology adoption.
- Present complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Mentor senior engineers in advanced algorithm design and systems architecture.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, preferably within AI or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading successful R&D initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Deep understanding of current AI trends (LLMs, Transformers) and future projections for 2026.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and edge computing.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Advanced AI methodologies are a plus.
