Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI research leadership
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse architectures, and decentralized systems
