Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning tasks
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum processor performance
- Lead quantum security protocols for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid computing platforms
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm design and quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum simulators
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
- Demonstrated ability to secure government or corporate research funding
