Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity rates
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum-processor integration
- Research and implement novel quantum communication protocols
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum symposiums
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing/Physics or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or error-correction systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware interfaces
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Track record of solving previously intractable computational problems
