Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years of industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing breakthroughs
- Expertise in quantum error correction, fault-tolerant architectures, and algorithm optimization
- Proven track record of securing major research grants or venture funding
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers in high-pressure environments
- Strong network connections with quantum hardware manufacturers (IBM, Google, IonQ)
