- Secure $5M+ in government and industry research grants for quantum initiatives
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in top-tier journals
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum advantage in commercial applications
- Mentor PhD researchers and postdoctoral fellows in quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction (arXiv/IEEE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Demonstrated experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA)
- Expertise in machine learning applications for quantum systems
