Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define product requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable, resilient cloud-native applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while participating in rigorous peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development programs tailored to the 2026 cohort.
- Champion best practices in security, data protection, and software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile team environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
