Responsibilities
- Participate in an elite 18-month rotational program across our Core Infrastructure, AI/ML, and Product Engineering teams.
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable, fault-tolerant cloud-native applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and senior leadership to define technical roadmaps for upcoming 2026 product launches.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code while participating in rigorous peer code reviews.
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent FutureTech at major industry conferences.
- Champion a culture of innovation, psychological safety, and continuous learning within your engineering pods.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++, or TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior internship experience, hackathon participation, or significant open-source contributions are highly preferred.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
