Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across product lines
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Analyze competitive landscapes and geopolitical tech policies to inform strategic positioning
- Present technology assessments and investment recommendations to the executive board
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force with engineering, design, and business partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (AI/ML, Web3, quantum, or biotech)
- Expertise in technology lifecycle management from research to market deployment
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with patent strategy and IP portfolio development
- Strong proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
