Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and execution of our 2026 AI product roadmap.
- Architect highly scalable, distributed machine learning models and pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into our core platform.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor and elevate a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Present technical strategies and progress to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or artificial intelligence roles.
- Proven track record of architecting and deploying large-scale AI/ML systems in production.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and neural network architectures.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor senior engineers.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment in San Francisco.
