Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype quantum solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop error-correction methodologies to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit implementations
- Author breakthrough publications in IEEE Transactions and Nature Quantum

- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with expertise in numerical computing libraries
